The conclusion of a very productive year, I really like how short and simple it ended up being. I couldn't believe I had managed to keep the page count a single digit! And without outlandish science-fiction or action-hero plots.
Needless to say, this exercise in brevity was an exception and the following story would, of course, break the record once again... But we're all free to deceive ourselves the way we choose to, don't we?
